# Gagal Naikan Produk Otomatis

Jika *fitur naikan produk* otomatis kamu tidak jalan, ada beberapa kemungkinan yang terjadi seperti berikut:

1. **Tokomu sudah tidak terhubung**, kamu bisa cek status toko di menu home [Boostr.id](/apa-itu-boostr.id.md). Solusinya kamu bisa menghubungkan ulang toko dengan **klik icon**  seperti dibawah ini:

2. **Tokomu sedang dalam waktu jeda**

Jika kamu ingin menaikan produk dari antrean selanjutnya, kamu membutuhkan waktu jeda sekitar 5-10 menit. Kamu bisa menunggu terlebih dahulu sesuai waktu jeda dari perkiraan waktu naik selanjutnya. Jika sudah melebihi waktu perkiraan selanjutnya, masih belum jalan naikan produknya, kamu bisa ***klik reset*** seperti gambar dibawah ini :
